Enterprise-wide Data & Digital Transformation - From R&D to Commercial
To gain a competitive advantage, Novartis launched an enterprise-wide transformation to embed data science and digital technologies across the value chain to accelerate drug discovery, improve operational efficiency and transform their approach to customer engagement. The aim? Mobilize a 120k-person organization to bring innovative medicines to patients faster.
We supported this 3-year transformation by building digital literacy at scale, demonstrating tangible business impact through 12 “lighthouse” programs, and a robust external reputation campaign led by the CEO and CDO. By helping leaders and employees understand, believe in and apply new capabilities, we changed the DNA of the organization.
