We challenge many misconceptions in the AI+ Advantage Program and perhaps the biggest is that the value of AI simply lies in getting work done faster. The focus of our Explorer Program is not on automating the craft of communications, but exploring entirely new ways of thinking, creating and connecting with audiences. Through guided experimentation with a range of AI tools and platforms, we showed how AI can unlock sharper audience insights, give teams a head start in creative development and help deliver more personalized, impactful communications. 

What we love most about guiding teams through this journey is seeing them step outside their comfort zone while staying grounded in the judgement, empathy and strategic thinking that sit at the heart of brilliant communications. AI may change the tools we use, but it does not replace the human connection, curiosity and emotional intelligence we need - if anything, those skills matter more than ever. A huge part of the program was also helping the team build confidence around using AI safely and responsibly by creating practical guardrails and an AI manifesto that reflected how they want to operate as a team. We know one of the biggest barriers to adoption is fear of “getting it wrong” so when teams feel confident, supported and trusted to experiment they are ready to THRIVE!
