  • For power users who want to go beyond prompting to integrate AI into workflows, build GPTs, and drive next-level innovation. 

  • You will discover how to use Gen AI as a strategic thought partner through advanced prompting techniques, as well as learn how to build simple AI agents and integrate them into daily workflows. You will begin to identify future use cases for the application of AI in Communications with cross-industry peers. And take away some useful tools to begin to share your AI expertise with your colleagues.

  • Applying advanced prompting techniques across at least three use cases, including strategic ideation . Building and testing a personal GPT or AI agent for a defined work task. Integrating AI into at least one end-to-end workflow and evaluating its impact. Articulating an AI+ mindset to support team engagement and buy-in. Honing high-demand AI-related skills (e.g., workflow thinking, data prompting).
