Our AI+ Power Program - everything you need to THRIVE in an AI-enabled future.

What?

  • We want to build communities through our AI+ Power programs.  Each program tracks contain a good balance of learning, reflection and discussion with cross-industry peers whom we hope you will get to know well.  We aim to create an environment where you feel comfortable sharing ideas and envisioning new possibilities together.  

    Each learning journey runs over eight weeks and includes five one-hour live sessions (a power hour) with a THRIVE trainer. You also receive access to our Learning Hub, which contains lots of useful information and learning resources.   

For who?

  • Those in leadership roles may choose to join either The Explorer or The Practitioner journeys before attending The Leadership journey, where they can turn their newly developed AI skills into a strategic advantage by beginning to build a future AI vision and plan for their teams or functions.  

Why?

  • A great place to start is to imagine what an AI-enabled future team might look like, how it will work and collaborate, what skills it will need to have and what it will be able to achieve by harnessing the latest technologies at the right time.

  • Our three learning tracks are designed for curious beginners (Explorer), confident users (Practitioner), and team/function leaders (Leaders). 

  • No advanced technical skills are required. The training is practical and tailored for where you currently are on your AI adoption journey. 

  • You'll learn how to use AI tools confidently, write strong prompts, about GPTs and agentic AI, how to apply safe practices, and embed AI in your workflows. 

  • Each track includes 5 live sessions of 1 hour each, with replays available.  Sessions take place at a two-week interval to allow you to apply the learnings between sessions and report back. 

  • Live sessions, recordings, hands-on tasks, access to our AI Hub, templates, one-to-one coaching with one of our expert trainers and a completion certificate.

  • Sessions are live and interactive, but recordings and materials allow for flexible, self-paced follow-up. 

  • All sessions are recorded and accessible via the AI+ Power Program Hub. 

  • Yes, you’ll receive a digital certificate you can share on LinkedIn or with your manager. 

  • Explorer = foundational skills 
    Practitioner = advanced skills including workflow integration & custom GPTs 
    Leaders = strategic change and adoption. 

  • We recommend 2 hours per session to allow for personal reflection, plus 2-3 hours between sessions to complete exercises and share your reflections and learnings with your peers on the program.

  • Yes, reading or other material will be shared before and after the sessions. 

  • Yes – sessions include interactive group work, we really want to encourage a sense of community amongst our learners, we hope you will get a lot of value out of interacting with your learning cohort in and out of the live sessions.  

  • Tools like ChatGPT, Claude, MS Co-Pilot, Gemini 

  • No, we go beyond ChatGPT to explore multiple platforms and strategic use cases. 

  • We help you understand risks and teach safe, responsible use of AI tools.  This means we will help you to comprehensively anonymise any information you use during the session that relates to your role or organisation.  

  • Yes – Practitioners build GPTs, Leaders create plans and frameworks. Explorers build prompt libraries. 

  • Yes, group and team registrations are welcome. Contact us for more details. 

  • Absolutely – all use cases and tools are designed for communications workflows and goals. However, that doesn’t mean that a lot of what we will learn together isn’t universally applicable.
